"Bird`s milk"

Ingredients:
Filling:

60 dag of cottage cheese

block of butter

3/4 glass of sugar

3 yolks strawberry jelly

"Bird's milk"

3 glairs

3 spoons of sugar

lemon jelly

to decorate:

Coconut chips

Directions:
Bake the sponge-cake, cool and drip with parboiled water mixed with rum flavor.

Grind butter with yolks, add sugar and milled twice cheese. Then add setting strawberry jelly melted in 1 glass of water. Put the filling on the sponge-cake.

Froth the glairs with sugar, add setting lemon jelly melted in 1 glass of water and put on the cheese filling.

Sprinkle with coconut chips and puy into fridge for 3 hours.
